Caroline Doré, Technical Support Representative, Pharmacy team
What is your role and what does it entail?
As an expert in pharmacy operations management, my relationship with pharmacies in Quebec allows me to present our products and develop our solutions following discussions with our customers.
What do you love about your role?
I love being in contact with pharmacists and their teams! It allows us to better understand pharmacists’ needs, and it is rewarding to offer them solutions.
What does international women’s day mean to you?
International Women’s Day is an opportunity to reflect on how far women have come in all spheres of society, and to hope that one day, there will be greater equality for women across the globe.
Who is a female you look up to?
It’s funny, because just the other day I was thinking of this, and I thought of Chantal Petitclerc, Paralympic champion! She is a great example of perseverance.
Stephanie Ma, Manager, Client Service Management, Pharmacy team
What is your role and what does it entail?
I am a Manager for our Client Service Management Team under Pharmacy Solutions. I work with my team to ensure an overall high satisfaction level, exceptional quality of service and that a positive relationship is maintained with our major clients.
What do you love about your role?
The main thing I love about my role is enabling our clients to recognize the added value they can achieve from our products. By doing so, the patients our clients ultimately serve will benefit from these value added services, strengthening the patient care experience.
What does International Women’s Day mean to you?
To me, International Women’s Day is a day where we recognize and celebrate how women have broken through traditional stereotypes and taken great strides to become highly successful and independent women. Ultimately, it is a day to appreciate all the accomplishments we have achieved.
Who is a female role model you look up to?
A female role model I look up to is comedian, actress, and writer Ali Wong. She is the epitome of breaking through traditional stereotypes and is highly successful in her career.
