Introducing TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy

More than one third of Canadians say they have missed picking up a prescription because it slipped their minds or because they were too busy.* With this in mind, we created a pharmacy experience that’s more personal, more convenient and easier to manage for you and your loved ones.

TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy means fewer trips to the pharmacy, and personalized care and support from a friendly and experienced team of Canadian pharmacists.

Here’s how it works:

1. Set up your account. Creating an account is easy and anyone can do it. You will be asked to enter basic information like your name and address, plus your provincial health card number (if you have one), and your health insurance information (if you’re covered). Our pharmacy team takes care of the paperwork so you don't have to worry about submitting claims.

2. Place an order. You can transfer a prescription from your current pharmacy or ask your doctor to fax a new one to your virtual pharmacy team by using the TELUS Health Virtual Pharmacy app or online dashboard. Within 1-3 days,** your medication will be delivered to your doorstep, safely and discreetly. You’ll get important delivery updates along the way, by text and/or email.

3. Chat with a pharmacist from home, work or on the go. If you’re taking a new medication or just have a question, your pharmacists are always happy to chat privately by phone, text or video call. They’ll review your history and make sure everything is tailored to you.

4. Set up refill and renewal reminders. To help make sure you and your loved ones never miss a dose, our pharmacy team can help you plan ahead with refill and renewal reminders, and convenient services like autopay. We can also organize your medications by date and time in individually-sealed packs.***

5. Easily add family members to your profile. Your personalized dashboard makes it easy to manage prescriptions for your children and other adults you care for. With their consent, you can monitor and manage all of your family’s medication needs from any computer, tablet or smartphone. From transferring a prescription to setting reminders and ordering refills — you can do it all in one place.
