Smoked salmon dip recipe

Serves 4

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smoked salmon

  • 3/4 cup cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon tabasco

  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

  • Capers, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, salmon, lemon juice and tabasco in a food processor. Pulse until the salmon is finely chopped.

  2. Add the fresh chives and stir with a spatula.

  3. Place dip in a small serving container, garnish with fresh capers.

  4. Serve with crackers or veggies for dipping.
